You don't need to do anything special or complex. This step is one of the first in a process that, at Civitfun, we call Onboarding. Our Customer Success team will explain to the new client (representative of the hotel or chain) the configuration of our Dashboard during the call and will review the essential information required.
Said call is made through Google Meet, a platform that allows video calls. The only requirement to access the meeting is that the client has a Gmail account because the link is sent to that email address.
