In the Dashboard section Police Report, you can find the data of the guests that have already been uploaded to the SES Lodgings platform. To facilitate the understanding between successes and errors regarding the uploading of the files, a distinction is made between green (delivered without errors), red (error detected) and yellow (error edited).
At the top right, it is possible to filter by date to check the information on the reports in a given period of time.
Right next to it, there is a Download SES file button that generates an XML file. This file export is very useful when reviewing your hotel's guest data that is sent to the authorities through the SES Lodging platform.
It is important to note that an automatic notification is sent to the contact email address listed in the hotel's profile on the Dashboard to inform of the data upload and its status. You also have the option of sending the edited file, with the modifications you have made, by clicking on the blue Send edited button.
In case of an error, a member of the reception staff with access to the property profile in the Dashboard can edit and modify the data by clicking on the pencil icon in the Action column.
Once all the errors are corrected, all you have to do is click on the Save button and then on the Send button.
In addition to this color distinction, the Police Report menu displays a tab-like template with the following fields:
- Check-in date: starting day of the stay
- Event status/ error: to find out if the file has errors, according to the color differentiation mentioned above
- Property name: name of the hotel
- Contract number: identifier for each guest and their reservation
- Guest name: traveler's first name
- Guest surname: traveler's family name
- Action: field to edit the data
