What are Users?
Users refers to users who have access to the GRS marketplace to manage the hotel and all sections of the marketplace. To access this section, click on the "people" icon in the side menu of the Marketplace.
How can I Create a User?
To create a new Users, click on the "New" button. When creating new users, you will need to provide the following information:
- Name
- Surname
- Phone number (optional)
- Language in GRS
- Role (optional)
After entering the information and clicking the confirmation button, an activation email will be sent to the provided email address:
Click on the link and set a password:
How can I Manage Users?
Once you have created the users (you can create as many as needed), you can view them in the "Hotel Administrators" section. Here, you can see a summary of all the users:
- Name
- Surname
- E-mail/User
- Active: When creating a new user, it is deactivated by default (Active = no) until they receive the email and set a password.
Moreover, from this same section, you can edit the users:
- Edit: Clicking on the "document" icon allows you to edit the user information. You will be able to edit the name, surname, phone number, language in grs, role and email. If you make any changes, you will need to save them by clicking the "confirmation". If you wish to delete the user, you can do so by clicking the "delete" button.
