What are Contracts?
Contracts refer to the sales proposal you sign when you begin working with Civitfun. A contract can encompass one or more Civitfun licenses, detailing the specific licenses acquired, the signature date (and consequently their renewal dates), and the cost of each. After starting your collaboration with Civitfun, if you are part of a hotel chain and add new properties, or if you purchase additional licenses, a new contract will be signed, which will coexist with the original one.
How can I View my Contracts?
In the Billing section, under Contract Management, you can view all your contracts and perform the following actions:
- Contract ID: Internal ID assigned by Civitfun to the contract.
- Contract Name: Identifiable name of the contract.
- Date of Signature: Date when the contract was signed.
- Status: Active or Inactive. A contract will be inactive if it has no assigned licenses or if all licenses are inactive. Conversely, a contract will be active if it has one or more linked and active licenses.
- Actions: By clicking the download button, you can download and view your contract.
