How can I Set Up the Languages for my Hotel on Civitfun?
To set up the languages you will offer to your guests across the different Civitfun products, go to the dashboard and select the 'Configuration' section.
Once there, in the bottom right corner, you will see all the languages available to offer your guests across the different Civitfun products. Select the languages you want to enable and click the "Save" button. If you wish to apply the same language settings to all your hotels, check the "All Hotels" option before saving.
Keep in mind that all customizable texts in our products (such as check-in legal documents, upselling room descriptions, and cross-selling products and services) must be translated into every language you’ve activated.
Once the available languages are activated, your guests qill be able to use Civitfun products in their preferred language. They will see the following a language selector:
