Guestlink is a Civitfun product designed to improve the communication between the hotel and the guests during all phases of the stay in an automated way. This tool notifies guests, via email, to check-in online. In addition, it can send information of interest or possible improvements to bookings, with the inclusion of additional services or complementary offers (Upselling and Cross-selling). The management and modification of this content is done on Civitfun’s Dashboard.
Guestlink has a specific section in our Dashboard under the same name. In this first screen of the menu you will see, by default, the templates that Civitfun has configured.
- 24 hours before the arrival time
- 48 hours before the arrival time
- 72 hours before the arrival time
Although all of these templates are pre-stay with different delivery times, you can create and customize other templates to suit the needs of your property. By clicking on the pencil icon in the action column, you can edit the different templates. You can also create your own by clicking on the gray create template button at the top right.
