You do not need to install any software. To complete the integration, you only need to access OPERA Cloud to retrieve the required information and the Oracle Hospitality Developer Portal to approve the user once all steps have been completed.

What you need
For this type of configuration, you need to provide us with:
- Enterprise ID or Tenant Code
- Chain Code
- Region
- Environment type: Production or UAT
- Access to the Oracle Developer Portal for the final step
What you need to do
In this case, you do not need to create anything manually.
You will only need to review and approve the access when requested.
How to obtain the information in OPERA Cloud
How to find the Property Code
- Access OPERA Cloud.
- You will see your property code in the top-right corner.
How to find the Chain Code
- Access OPERA Cloud.
- Click your profile.
- Select Change Location.
- Select Hub and click Search.
- The value displayed corresponds to your Chain Code.
SSD configuration
What you need
For this type of configuration, you need:
- Access to the Oracle Developer Portal.
- Partner Registration URL
The property URL is the address you use to access OPERA Cloud. It may vary slightly between a Production environment and a Non-Production environment, but it will usually have a format similar to the following:
https://xxx-uat-oc.oracleindustry.com/OPERA9/opera/operacloud
On this OPERA login page, click Register New Account. A new browser tab will open with Identity Self Service. This is the URL you need to provide to the OHIP partner.

In this case:
- Complete the partner registration in Oracle.
- Generate the required credentials.
- Share the information so the integration can continue.
How to approve the connection with Civitfun
Once the integration has been created, you will need to approve it from Oracle.
Steps
- Access OPERA Cloud.
- Access the Oracle Hospitality Developer Portal.
- Go to Environments.
- Go to Partner Connections.
- Find the integration.
- Approve the request.
