The parameters to complete the integration with Winhotel are the following:
● URL API
○ It is the web address (URL or IP) from which the API is accessed. Thus, from Civitfun, we know which address we need to initiate the aforementioned communication with Winhotel and outline the integration with your hotel or chain.
○ Hotel Source Code
■ The first part is a part of the property identifier. You could say that it is like the code that identifies each hotel within the Winhotel API
○ Hotel Target Code
■ It is the other part of the property identifier. You could say that it is like the code that identifies each hotel within the Winhotel API
Both the Hotel Source Code and the Hotel Target Code are usually the same.
○ Adult Code
■ The PMS assigns in its API the letters A and B for guests who are adults in all the reservations it receives.
Kids Code
The PMS assigns its own code API for guests who are children in each reservation.
In this way, the members of each reservation can be correctly classified within the PMS and, consequently, in the information that is transferred to the Civitfun Dashboard for check-in.
