In the PMS interface, you can consult and create reservations, on a trial basis, to test the process. As a first step, click on Reservations.
In the New Reservation section, a new stay in your hotel is generated. A drop-down menu opens with different fields.
Click on the New Customer button and you will be redirected to a menu to register. You will be asked for some basic information:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone
- Mobile
- E-mail address
- Country
- Province
- Category
- Notes
After you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email like this one:
