How can I Effectively Communicate the Process of Online Check-out to my Guests?
Share the payment link with your guests so they can settle the online check-out through two methods:
- Guestlink: Activating the intra-stay template for check-out 24 hours before departure. To do this, navigate to the "Guestlink" section and click on the "Create Template" button:
Select the template type "Intra-Stay" and scheduling "24 hours before departure date". Customize the email to your liking, and once ready, save it (ensure that you have translated the email into all enabled languages):
From that point on, once the email is active, your guests will automatically receive the email 24 hours before their check-out date.
