How can I Create my Credentials for Paperless and Push Paperless?
To use Paperless or Push Paperless, you must log in to the T-Paperless app with the username and password previously created in the Civitfun dashboard.
To create the credentials for Paperless or Push Paperless, go to the Civitfun dashboard and navigate to the "Check-in Channels" section.
The user account that should be created for using Paperless or Push Paperless (a front desk tool providing a hybrid check-in experience) is the T-Paperless user.
To create the credentials, click the "Add User" button.
Once clicked, you will see a form where you need to create the email and password to access the T-Paperless app with Paperless or Push Paperless mode. We recommend using easy-to-identify credentials.
- For the email, we suggest a format such as Tpaperless + hotel initials + your domain, for example: TpaperlessHP@hotel.com.
After entering the details, check the box for the privacy policy and terms and conditions, then click continue.
Once the process is completed, you will have your credentials to access the T-Paperless app with Paperless or Push Paperless mode.
