❓ What is the Guest Registration module?
The Guest Registration module in Civitfun helps your property comply with local legal regulations (e.g. Royal Decree 933/2021) by automatically and securely sending guest data to the corresponding police authority.
To ensure this automation works correctly, you must configure two core components:
- The connection with the police authority in your region.
- The data source from which guest data will be retrieved (either a PMS or SFTP file).
🛠 Essential setup steps
- Access the Civitfun dashboard and go to Settings Guest Registration.
- First, set up the connection to the corresponding authority: SES, Ertzaintza or Mossos.
- Then, configure the data source (PMS or exported file).
Once connected, you can validate the setup before activating the automatic sending process.
