Creation of an Ohip UDF Link for Civitfun OCR ID Scanner

Open your Opera Cloud account and go to Settings:

Once in Settings, select the property customization level (Property Customization Level).

After selecting the property customization level, keep in mind that you are editing at the property level. Continue and access the reservations list and select a reservation.

Once on the reservation screen, select the configuration option.

In the menu, select Add Flex Field -> Add Link.

In the following window, you can enter the URL with the corresponding parameters. 

• Text: Civitfun OCR ID Scanner
• Displayer: YES
• Launch URL Mode: Launch URL in New Tab
• Destination: add the URL

The values required by the UDF-Link are:

• The Reservation ID (Reservation-ID)

 The URL format is as follows: 

https://idscanner.civitfun.com/?hotel=[HOTEL_ID]&bookingIdentifier=#{bindings.ResvNameId.inputValue}&autoSearch=true 

*HOTEL-ID will be provided by the Civitfun team.

In the following screenshot, we can see how the link has been added, making the button appear as shown below.

Once the UDF-Link has been configured, the administrator must restore the customization mode.
