How can I Effectively Communicate the Process of Payments to my Guests?
After establishing the connection with your Payments Channel, share the payment link with your guests so they can settle all their charges through three methods:
- Guestlink: Activating the pre-stay template for payments 48 hours prior to check-in. To do this, navigate to the "Guestlink" section and click on the "Create Template" button:
Select the template type "Pre-Stay" and scheduling "Payment 48h before check-in date". Customize the email to your liking, and once ready, save it (ensure that you have translated the email into all enabled languages):
From that point on, once the email is active, your guests will automatically receive the following email 48 hours before their check-in date:
- Search form link: Sending the standard payment link leading to the search form. The link will be as follows (you must add the hotel name in "hotel_slug", e.g. /hotel-test/):

This link will direct the guest to the search form, which you have predefined from "Configuration" in the side menu of the Dashboard under the "Search Form Fields" section:
When the guest clicks on the link you provided, they will see the following screen:

Deeplink: Sending the deeplink leading directly to the payment. The link will be as follows (you must add the hotel name in "hotel_slug", e.g. /hotel-test/; the booking code in "booking_code", e.g. 5681532173716; the entrance date in "entrance_date", e.g. 2024-03-27):
