What is Billing Information?
Billing information refers to all the data Civitfun requires from a hotel to generate invoices and determine the appropriate contact to send them to.
How can I Manage my Billing Information?
It's very simple. All you need to do is fill in all the fields in the Billing Information section at the hotel level.
⚠️ IMPORTANT
These details cannot be added at the hotel chain level; you will need to define the Billing Information for each of your individual hotels.
- Company legal name: The official name of the company registered with government authorities.
- Company commercial name: The name by which the company is commonly known or does business.
- Billing address: The address for invoicing, including street, postal code, city, state, and country, tailored to the company's location.
- Tax identification number: Unique number assigned to your company by tax authorities for identification and tax purposes.
- Billing contact name: The name of the person responsible for handling billing matters within the company.
- Billing contact email: The email address where billing-related communications should be directed.
- Billing phone number: The telephone number where billing-related inquiries can be made or messages can be left.
Note that all fields are mandatory. If you attempt to save without completing a field, the system will prevent it and highlight the empty field in red.
After you have filled all the fields, the warning on the right will change from 'pending' to 'OK', and the Billing Information section will become locked. If you need to modify any of the data, you will have to click the 'Edit' button, make the changes, and then save it again.
