What are Invoices?
Invoices refer to the invoices for your Civitfun licenses. When you sign the contract with Civitfun, you subscribe to different modules that are renewed periodically. Each time the renewal date for a license arrives, an invoice will be automatically generated. Within the license management section, you can view each of these invoices along with their respective details.
How can I View my Invoices?
In the Billing section, under Invoice Management, you can view all your invoices along with their respective details:
- Invoice ID: Internal identifier assigned by Civitfun to the license.
- Invoice Date: Date on which the invoice was issued.
- Contract ID: Contract in which this license has been contracted.
- Status: Pending, Overdue or Paid. If the invoice has been issued but has not yet been paid or reached its due date, it will be in the "pending" status. An invoice that has been issued and has passed its due date but is still unpaid will have the "overdue" status. Finally, paid invoices will have the "paid" status.
- Amount: Invoice amount in your currency.
