What is T-Paperless?
The T-Paperless Module enables hoteliers to simplify check-in and elevate guest service with a flexible kiosk solution. It can function as a fully independent self check-in kiosk for guests or as a front desk tool for a hybrid check-in experience. In both modes, it operates seamlessly on a tablet device, staying two-way synced with the PMS to ensure real-time data updates and smooth operations.
What is the Set Up for the T-Paperless Module?
The set up process for the T-Paperless Module consists of four-five steps:
- Configure the appearance of T-Paperless.
- Set the maximum display time in T-Paperless.
- Download the T-Paperless app on your tablet.
What will be the Guest Workflow?
Once the T-Paperless module setup is complete, guests can start checking in using the hotel’s reception tablet.
Auto Check-In
For Auto Check-in, the process is similar to online check-in. Guests will need to locate their reservation.
The reservation initially will be blank, they will then fill in their details and sign, if this option is enabled.
Paperless and Push Paperless
For Paperless check-in, the procedure mirrors that of online check-in. The receptionist can retrieve the reservation from the daily reservation list by for the guest's first and last name.
Alternatively, if Push Paperless has been configured, they can send a push notification from the PMS or the Civitfun application, which will open the reservation directly on the tablet.
Since the tablet is located at the reception desk, the information from the PMS will automatically populate the check-in form. This allows the guest to simply verify that all details are correct and sign, if this option is configured.
