How can I configure the maximum display time in T-Paperless?
The maximum display time is configured from the Civitfun dashboard, accessed through the "Settings" section.
In the T-Paperless settings, you can set a maximum display time for two screens in the T-Paperless flow: the reservation screen and the final confirmation screen.
For both, you’ll need to specify the maximum display duration (in seconds). Once this time elapses, if a carousel is configured, the screen will automatically redirect to the carousel. If no carousel is set up, it will return to the reservation search form.
If you prefer not to set a maximum display time, leave the configuration at "0". This will remove any time limit, keeping the screen active without redirecting.
Reservation Screen
The value you set for the maximum display time (in seconds) on the reservation screen in T-Paperless determines how long this screen will remain visible. Once the specified time has elapsed, the system will redirect to either the carousel or the reservation search form. The reservation screen is shown below:
Final Confirmation Screen
The maximum display time (in seconds) at the end of the reservation in T-Paperless controls how long the final confirmation screen remains visible. After this time, the screen will automatically redirect to either the carousel or the reservation search form. The end-of-reservation screen is shown below:
