🔐 Overview
Civitfun uses a set of public IP addresses to connect to external systems such as PMS, payment gateways and other third-party integrations.
In some cases, your IT infrastructure or provider may require these IPs to be explicitly allowed through whitelisting in order to enable communication. However, this is not always necessary.
This article explains when you need to take action and when you can safely ignore it.
📋 List of Civitfun public IP addresses
The following IP addresses are currently used by Civitfun:
63.34.220.1863.33.108.10752.209.209.19834.250.166.6263.33.111.25352.17.187.16854.217.202.916.16.82.23113.63.132.18
❓ Do I need to whitelist Civitfun IP addresses?
In many cases, no action is required.
You only need to whitelist these IP addresses if:
- Your PMS or system is hosted on-premise or behind a firewall.
- Your provider requires IP-based access control.
- Your IT team has previously asked you to configure IP whitelisting for integrations.
You probably do not need to do anything if:
- Your PMS is publicly accessible.
- You have never been asked to configure IP whitelisting.
- Your provider manages access without IP restrictions.
If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your IT team or your provider.
🔎 Why are these IP addresses needed?
Civitfun needs to establish secure connections with your systems to:
- Retrieve reservation data.
- Send or receive operational information.
If your system restricts incoming traffic, it must explicitly allow Civitfun’s outbound IP addresses.
✅ Important recommendations
- If your system requires whitelisting, add all the IP addresses listed above.
- There is no immediate deadline, but applying the change proactively helps prevent possible connection issues in the future.
📩 What should I do if I am not sure?
If you do not know whether your configuration requires whitelisting:
- Contact your IT team, or
- Check with your PMS or system provider.
