What is the Civitfun Web Application for Push Paperless?
The Civitfun Push Paperless web application is a tool designed to select the reservation or guest who will perform check-in and send a push notification to the chosen tablet.
You can access the Civitfun Push Paperless web application using the same username and password as the T-Paperless app. Simply go to https://paperless-push.civitfun.com/login website and enter your credentials.
Once you are logged in, you will need to choose the hotel where you want to launch a Push Paperless.
You will see all the reservations for the day. If any are missing, click the button on the left to refresh. From there, select the reservation for which you want to launch the Push.
Upon selecting the reservation, you will see all the guests included in it. Choose the guest for whom you wish to send the Push.
Finally, you will need to select the tablet to which you want to send the Push. You can find the tablet's ID on the tablet itself, either on the language screen or the reservation search screen.
Once the Push is sent, a green notification will appear, confirming that the Push has been successfully delivered.
