How can I Effectively Communicate the Process of Upselling to my Guests?
After creating rooms and establishing upgrade eligibility rules, share the upselling link with your guests so they can request a room upgrade through two methods:
- Guestlink: Activating the pre-stay template for upselling 48 hours prior to check-in. To do this, navigate to the "Guestlink" section and click on the "Create Template" button:
Select the template type "Pre-Stay" and scheduling "Upsell 48h before entrance date". Customize the email to your liking, and once ready, save it (ensure that you have translated the email into all enabled languages):
From that point on, once the email is active, your guests will automatically receive the following email 48 hours before their check-in date:

Link or Deeplink: Sending the deeplink leading directly to the upselling. The link will be as follows (you must add the hotel name in "hotel_slug", e.g. hotel-test; the booking code in "booking_code", e.g. 5681532173716; the entrance date in "entrance_date", e.g. 2024-03-27):
