What are Cross-Sellings?
Cross-Selling Status section refers to the Cross-Selling requests, confirmations, and rejections that have been made at your hotel through Civitfun. Within this section, you will have full control over managing your Cross-Sellings for guests. From here, you can manage your requests by accepting or rejecting them, as well as accessing key information for each Cross-Sell.
To access this section, click on the button that says "Cross-Selling Status" in the side menu of the Dashboard.
How can I Manage my Cross-Selling?
Once you have your first confirmed or requested Cross-Sell, you will be able to view it in the "Cross-Selling Status" section. Here, you can see a summary of your Cross-Sells.
Cross-Sells can have three different states:
- Pending: Whenever a guest makes a service, product or transfer request, the request will automatically transition to a pending status.
- Approved: Whenever you approve one of the pending requests, you'll find it listed here.
- Rejected: Whenever you reject one of the pending requests, you'll find it listed here.
- All: This section shows all reservations regardless of their status, including Pending, Approved, and Rejected.
To view Cross-Sells in each state, click on the respective section. In all cases, you'll see the same information, with the status of the Cross-Sell displayed in the status column. You'll be able to see the following summary for each reservation:
- ID: Cross-Selling transaction ID.
- Status: Cross-Selling Pending, Approved or Rejected.
- Item Name: Name of the Service, Product, or Transfer.
- Slot: Number of units, date, and time of the service, product, or transfer
- Locator: Reservation Locator ID.
- Guest Name: Guest name and surname.
- Payment Status: Paid or Pending (if the payment module is enabled).
- Transaction: Payment transaction ID.
- Total Price:Cross-selling price, based on the item and quantity.
- Date: Date when the guest made the request.
Moreover, from this same section, you can perform different actions:
- Approve: If you wish to transition a pending cross-selling request to approved, click on the "Approve" button.
- Reject: If you wish to transition a pending or approved cross-selling request to rejected, click on the "Reject" button.
