What is this action for?
It allows you to complete fields that the guest didnāt fill in during the online check-in process and to re-sign the registration form on the tablet so the data can be successfully sent to the PMS.
When should you apply it?
When one or more required fields for pushing data to the PMS were not completed by the guest.
Steps to resend from the tablet:
- Open the tablet and access the reservation pending delivery.
- Ask the guest to fill in the missing fields on the form.
- Have the guest sign again and complete the full check-in process on the tablet.
- Check in the Civitfun Dashboard if the field now appears filled in.
- If the field appears as completed but is marked as invalid or āunavailable in PMS,ā contact the support team.
š§ Recommendations:
- Only use this process when the missing field was not filled in initially.
- Ensure the tablet is connected to Wi-Fi so data can sync correctly.
- Let the guest know why it's necessary to re-sign or complete additional information.
ā Important:
There is no need to repeat the process if the field was already filled in but appears with an errorāin that case, contact support directly.

- The field still doesnāt push to the PMS after completing the process on the tablet.
- The field appears as āerrorā or āunavailable in PMSā after being correctly filled in.
- You cannot open the reservation on the tablet, or the field doesnāt appear for editing.
