What is the Set Up for the Booking.com Check-in Channel Module?
The set up process for the Booking.com Check-in Channel Module consists of four steps:
- Customize Guestlink email sender by configuring your SMTP.
- Authorize Civitfun emails on Booking.com so that we can send the check-in emails along with your hotel's check-in link.
- Activate the "Pre-stay: 48h before entrance date" template in Guestlink.
- Set up Booking.com's automated messaging tool to deliver your Civitfun check-in link directly to your guests via the Booking.com website.
What will be the Guest Workflow?
Once you have authorized Civitfun emails on Booking.com, activated the "Pre-stay: 48h before entrance date" template in Guestlink and set up Booking.com's automated messaging tool, guests will receive emails/messages and proceed with their check-in.
