Within the Guestlink section, you’ll find the option to add dynamic tags, which allows you to include personalized booking details in customer communications without manually adjusting each email.
Tags let you customize emails with specific data related to the booking, the guest, or the hotel. There are two dropdowns available to insert tags:
You can find this in the subject line of the email

You can also find this in the body of the email

When you open the dropdowns, a list appears showing the different data fields that can be inserted into the communications. These values will change dynamically depending on the booking.
🤔️ Where does this data come from?
The list includes different groups of tags (data sources): Chain, Hotel, Booking, Guest, and Credit Card.
- Chain group: The name of the hotel chain entered during account registration is used.
- Hotel group: The information is taken from the Hotels section of the Civitfun Dashboard.
Hotel Name: Name
Address: Address
Hotel Phone Number: Phone
Hotel Company Tax ID (NIF): NIF
Hotel Company Postal Code: Postal Code
Hotel Company City: City
Hotel Company Province: Province
Hotel Company Country: Country
Hotel Company Legal Name: Fiscal Name
Hotel Company Contact Email: Email

- Booking group: The data is retrieved directly from the PMS.
