Access your Civitfun backoffice with an admin account:
From the Reservations section, you can send manual communications to specific reservations from the dashboard.
📌 Important: the reservations that appear in this list are those that have accessed the online check-in link at some point.
From here you can open the communication action and send an email directly to the selected reservation.
🧭 Quick flow: Reservations → Actions → Communications → Email → Send.
Once you do this, the Send communication window will open.
Use template
📌 Important: the templates that appear in this selector are only those that are activated in the Guestlink: Email templates section.
Therefore, if a template does not appear in this list, the first thing you should check is whether it is active in that configuration.
✅ Recommendation: use this option whenever you want to maintain consistent, fast communication aligned with the configuration already defined in Guestlink.
Custom communication
This option is useful when you need to adapt the message to a specific reservation situation
