๐งพ What is the Guest Registration module?
The Guest Registration module (also known as Police Report in the dashboard) allows you to automatically send guest data to the appropriate authorities. ๐ค๐ฎ๐
In Spain (except the Basque Country and Catalonia), this data is reported to the SES Hospedajes platform, complying with Royal Decree 933/2021, which applies to all individuals or companies engaged in accommodation activities. โ๏ธ๐ช๐ธ
- In the Basque Country, data is sent to the new Ertzaintza platform, which forwards it to SES Hospedajes.
- In Catalonia, guest data is reported directly to the Mossos d'Esquadra, following a similar process.
- In Italy, the module has been adapted to local law and sends guest data directly to the Italian police through the Civitfun dashboard. ๐ฎ๐น๐ฌ
