🧭 How do I access the panel?
To access the guest registration panel:
- Log in to your Civitfun Dashboard account
- Go to Dashboard > Guest Registration
This panel updates daily and displays all the key information for each guest. It is essential for ensuring the traceability of the data sent to the authorities.
How can I view and manage the submitted data?
📌 Panel Header
At the top, you will find a general summary with the total processed records, error records, and date filter options.
Record Statuses
- 🟢 Processed correctly: The information has been sent without errors.
- 🔴 Error detected: There are incorrect or empty fields that require manual review.
How can I manage the submission statuses?
Click on the 👁️ eye icon next to the record with an error to open the individual view.
From this view you can:
- Review all contract and guest data
- Identify fields marked in red as errors
- Manually correct incomplete or incorrect fields
- Save and resend the updated data
How can I manage errors?
- Access the record: click on the eye icon to view the details
- Review the errors: incorrect or empty fields are highlighted in red
- Correct the data: both for the reservation and the guests
- Click "Save and Send": this updates the record status
How do I send the data to Mossos or Ertzaintza after correcting?
Once you have corrected the day's records:
- Click on "Download all submissions"
- You will get a document in the format required by Mossos or the format required by Ertzaintza
- This file is ready to be uploaded to the Mossos platform or to the Ertzaintza platform from your system
What happens if there are multiple errors in one reservation?
When a reservation contains more than one error, the Civitfun system groups all detected errors in a single detailed view to make review and correction easier.
🔁 System Behavior
- The record will be marked as 🔴 Error detected even if there are multiple issues.
- In the individual view, each field with an error will appear highlighted in red.
- The system does not allow the record to be sent until all errors have been corrected.
- If only some errors are fixed and "Save" is clicked, the record status will not change and will not be sent to Mossos.

Only by clicking "Save and Send" after all errors are
corrected, the system will:
- Update the record status to 🟢 Processed correctly
- Include the reservation in the day’s downloadable file

- Review all sections of the form, including collapsed areas or additional guests.
