👮️ Available authorities and required data
For the Guest Registration product to perform automatic submissions to the relevant authority, you must set up the connection through our Control Panel.
Go to the Configuration: Guest Registration menu.
You can select which authority to report to:
Once you’ve selected the relevant authority, you’ll need to fill in the necessary connection details so we can send the data automatically.
Prerequisites
- Be registered on SES Hospedajes
- Be registered with Ertzaintza
- Be registered with Mossos d’Esquadra
SES Hospedajes (National)
- User: Web communication user
- Password: Password for the above user
- Landlord code: Your SES Hospedajes entity code
- Establishment code: Code of the property being configured
Ertzaintza (Basque Country)
- Entity code: Entity code in Ertzaintza
- Establishment code: Code of the property being configured
Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalonia)
- Establishment code: Code of the property being configured
🏨 Role of the “establishment code”
This code identifies your accommodation with the authority and is required to send data correctly. Each region assigns it with different criteria:
- SES: Identifies the rented property
- Ertzaintza and Mossos: Links the data to the official lodging registry
📝 How to request establishment codes by region
SES Hospedajes (National)
- Log in to the SES Hospedajes portal
- Select “Access to the establishment and entity registry”
- Identify yourself with your digital certificate
- In “My registered data” you’ll find your landlord and establishment codes
Ertzaintza (Basque Country)
- Go to the lodging registry
- Fill out the registration form for your establishment
- Once approved, you’ll receive your code from the authorities
Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalonia)
- Fill in form PI-15 from the Mossos portal
- Submit it at the corresponding police station
- You’ll receive your assigned code
✅ Authority connection validation
After entering the data, click the “Check connection” button.
- ✔ If correct: the authority connection is successful
- ❌ If it fails: check credentials or re-request the codes

Offline mode for Ertzaintza
The system supports offline mode for Ertzaintza, where only the establishment code is required.
This mode allows you to download files in the correct format to upload them manually to Ertzaintza.
