From the Civitfun dashboard, you can view all the information the guest has entered during the online check-in process, including personal data, uploaded documents, signature, and more.
🧭 Where can I view the guest's data?
Access the Civitfun Dashboard. In the left-hand menu, click on the Check-in module.
You'll see a list of all completed check-ins. You can search by booking reference, guest name, or ID number. Make sure the date range selected includes the guest’s check-in date.
Click on the eye icon 👁 in the Detail column to open the guest's check-in record.
🔍 What information can be reviewed?
Inside the guest’s detail record, you’ll find all collected information:
- Personal data: name, surname, ID/passport number, nationality, etc.
- Contact details: email, phone number.
- Additional information: travel purpose, companions, etc.
- Uploaded documents (if enabled): image of ID/passport.
- Digital signature (if configured).
- Process status: completed, pending, failed, etc.
🖨 Can the guest's documents be downloaded?
Yes. At the top of the record, you will find access to:
- Registration form in PDF (with all the submitted data).
- Accommodation contract (if applicable).
Click the document you want to view or download.
💡 Recommendations
✅ If you don't see the reservation, adjust the date filter in the search panel.
✅ You can filter by booking reference, guest name, document number, etc.
✅ To test the full experience, create a test booking and simulate the check-in process.
✅ If the form appears blank or incomplete, review the flow configuration or contact support.
📞 When should I contact Civitfun Support?
- If the data entered by the guest does not appear correctly in the record.
- If the check-in appears as completed but no information is displayed.
- If you cannot download the PDFs generated after check-in.
