Check-in Configuration Guide
1. Access and General Context
To start configuration:

Log in to the dashboard with your credentials.

Select your hotel (e.g., Lorena Hotel).

In the side menu, go to: Check-in > Configuration
2. Search Form Fields
Determine the minimum required data to locate a reservation.

3. Reservation Summary
Define which details are shown to the guest before check-in:

4. Check-in Requirements
Define the process questions and requirements:

What happens if I leave "0" in the time fields?
β The system won't limit check-in or document display.
Can I activate several languages?
β Yes, as many as needed.
Should I activate mandatory scanning?
β Only if local law requires it.
What happens if I select a data collection option that contradicts the form settings?
β The main source of truth will always be the form. For example, if data collection is required for minors who are not obliged to present an identity document, but the form does not allow that option to be enabled, the configuration defined in the form will always take precedence.
Can I apply settings to all hotels?
β Yes, by selecting "All hotels" before saving.
