Civitfun allows you to configure dynamic forms that adapt to the type of guest, distinguishing between adults and children, as well as between domestic and non-domestic guests.
This means you can customize which fields are visible and required for each of the following profiles:
- 👤 Domestic Holder
- 👤 Non-Domestic Holder
- 👤 Domestic Adult
- 👤 Non-Domestic Adult
- 🧒 Domestic Child
- 🧒 Non-Domestic Child
🔧 Instead of applying a generic configuration for all guests, you can define precisely which fields apply to each profile—both for visibility and for mandatory input. This flexibility is useful to comply with local regulations, tailor the flow to different regions, or improve the user experience.
📌 Each profile has two configurable columns:
- Visible: the field will appear in the form.
- Required: the field must be completed to finalize check-in.
- 🔴 Not available in PMS: the field cannot be sent to the PMS but will be stored in Civitfun.
- 🟠 Requires mapping with a UDF: the field must be mapped as a UDF (User Defined Field) in your PMS to ensure data transfer.
⚠️ Notes: Explains specific behaviors by field.
