The function to add a new hotel allows you to register the key data of each property within the Civitfun platform. This facilitates the connection with external systems such as PMS and booking channels, ensuring centralized and efficient management.
🛠️ Accessing the functionality
Log in to your Civitfun account. In the left side menu, select "Configuration" → "Hotels".
A screen will appear with a list of registered hotels and a form to add a new hotel.

Access the "Hotels" section
In the left side menu, click "Configuration" → "Hotels". A screen will open with a form to register a new hotel.
As you create hotels, you will see a list where you can select the one you want to edit by clicking on the pencil icon.
Complete the form with the hotel details
To register a hotel, fill in the following fields in the form:

Confirm and add the hotel
Once you have completed all the fields, click the "Add" button. If the information is complete and valid, the system will automatically add the new hotel to the list of registered hotels.
The hotel status will appear as "Not integrated" until you complete the configuration with the PMS.

Once the hotel is registered, you can verify its status in the hotel list.

You can create as many hotels as you need and gradually connect each one of them.
✏️ Edit or delete a hotel
If you need to make changes to a registered hotel, click the ✏️ icon in the hotel list.
Edit the necessary data and save the changes.
If you want to delete a hotel, click the 🗑️ icon in the hotel list. Confirm the action in the dialog box.

The hotel data entered in the registration form is stored and can be used later in different document templates and emails through dynamic tags. This allows automating the creation of personalized communications for each hotel and guest.
