🛠️ Steps to force the data upload:
Access the Registration Panel from your Civitfun dashboard.
Click on the "Force submission" button in the header. The system will restart the search.
If no data appears after forcing the upload:
- If your booking search interface is: PMS --> Contact Civitfun Support team
- If your booking search interface is: SFTP --> Make sure the file is located in the correct folder and the filename is correct.

📅 When should you use this feature?
- When the automatic upload fails due to a temporary issue (network error, police endpoint downtime, etc.).
- After resolving an issue related to the file upload via SFTP.
- If the upload has been stuck in pending status for a long time (more than 15–30 minutes without change).
⚠️ Important recommendations:
- Verify that the file exists before forcing the upload.
- Do not force the upload multiple times if the error persists — this may cause duplicates.
- If the error remains after forcing, contact technical support.

- If you can't see the "Force upload" button or it doesn't respond when clicked.
- If the system displays an unexpected error message after forcing.
